Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Friday will ship the following Monday.
We do our best to ensure timely delivery. Please note that delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only, and occasional delays may occur.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time: 4–8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. USPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, and these days are not included in estimated delivery times.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Mirth Company LLC is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged once a package is marked as delivered. Packages may occasionally travel for several days without scanning updates.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or lost shipments.
If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Missing Item Policy
Customers must notify our customer service team of any missing items within 72 hours of receiving their order. Reports made after this timeframe may limit our ability to resolve the issue.
To report a missing item, please contact us with the following:
- Your order number
- Details of the missing item(s)
- An image of the packing slip included with your order
Once reported, we may initiate a verification process, which may include reviewing order details and inventory records.
Resolution options may include reshipping the missing item or issuing store credit, depending on the circumstances.
