How to Use

- Step 2 — Energize Mushroom Extract Drops: Add the recommended dose directly to water, coffee, or juice. Can be taken at the same time as your Methylene Blue.
- Step 3 — Ashwagandha: Take 2 capsules with water, preferably with food. Can be taken morning or evening — consistent timing matters more than exact hour.
